Eligibility for Refunds

At Rains® Outlet, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at info@rainsshop.it.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Please do not send products back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may delay processing.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days. The amount refunded will match the original purchase price, excluding any promotional discounts applied at checkout. Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items, such as final sale products or gift cards, may be marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These exceptions will be clearly stated on the relevant product page.
